These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Forseo's app, website, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Forseo. If you are using Forseo on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts to use Forseo. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace.
Forseo provides AI-assisted tools for contractors — lead finding, estimates, invoices, scheduling, crew and worker mode, dispatching, time tracking, the Site Gallery, an AI Brain, and optional integrations such as TrustLedger. We may add, change, or retire features at any time, and may limit certain features to specific plans.
Forseo offers paid subscription plans with monthly recurring fees charged through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the then-current plan price on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Where offered, free trials provide limited access for a set period. At the end of a trial, your selected plan begins automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. Only one trial per business is permitted.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the current paid billing period, after which access to paid features ends. No further charges occur after cancellation, except amounts already owed.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, for non-payment, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data after a limited recovery window.
Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@forseo.ai within 30 days of the charge.

The Lead Finder surfaces publicly available job opportunities from third-party sources. We do not guarantee that any lead is real, available, or will result in work, and we are not party to any agreement you reach with a lead. Unlocking a lead consumes an allowance tied to your plan. Unused lead unlocks do not roll over.
You retain ownership of the business, client, crew, and media content you upload or create in Forseo ("Your Content"). You grant Forseo a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and transmit Your Content solely as needed to operate and improve the Service for you.
You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to store and use it through Forseo, including any client personal data and crew information.
Forseo sends estimates, invoices, reminders, and other communications to your clients on your behalf. You are responsible for the content and timing of those communications and for ensuring your clients have consented to be contacted. We are not liable for client responses or business outcomes.
Forseo's AI features (including the AI Brain, chat, and photo and video analysis) generate suggestions and draft content. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it with clients. Forseo does not provide legal, financial, or trade advice, and an AI-generated estimate or assessment is not a substitute for a qualified professional.
Your use of integrated third-party services — including Stripe, TrustLedger, Google, and others — is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability, practices, or actions, and their processing of your data is governed by their respective agreements.
The Service, including its design, software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Forseo and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant no rights except as expressly stated. Your Content remains yours as described above.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY LEAD, ESTIMATE, OR AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forseo and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or lost data, arising out of or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Forseo harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, your communications with clients or crew, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and Forseo submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any dispute, except where prohibited.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
