Forseo ("we", "us", or "our") provides an AI-powered business management platform designed for contractors and home-service businesses — including lead finding, estimating, invoicing, scheduling, crew coordination, dispatching, time tracking, and bookkeeping integrations.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Forseo app and website (collectively, the "Service"), how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By creating a Forseo account or using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described here.
Forseo is a business tool. Many of the people whose information is stored in Forseo (such as your clients and crew members) are your customers or employees — not ours. Where this policy refers to "you", it means the account holder who controls the Forseo workspace.
We collect information you provide directly, information generated as you use the Service, and information from connected third-party integrations:
When you set up your business profile, you provide your name, email, phone number, business name, trade or service type, service area and work radius, team size, logo, and your pricing and rates. We store this so the Service can be personalized to your business.
You enter information about your own customers — names, email addresses, phone numbers, and job or billing addresses — to create estimates, invoices, appointments, and dispatch jobs. This information belongs to and is controlled by your business; Forseo processes it on your behalf to deliver the Service.
When you capture or upload jobsite photos, videos, and walkthrough recordings to the Site Gallery or Home AI chat, we store the file and associated metadata (caption, job, customer, uploader, timestamp) so you can organize, annotate, and report on them.
For crew coordination, clock-in/out, dispatching, and the live map, Forseo may collect device GPS coordinates for crew members when the business owner has enabled location features. GPS stamping at clock-in or clock-out is optional and is controlled by the owner's privacy settings. Crew members are notified that location data may be collected when those features are active.
When you process payments or subscribe to a paid Forseo plan, payment card and transaction data is collected and handled by Stripe — our payment processor. Forseo does not receive or store your full card number; Stripe returns a tokenized reference we use to display billing status and process subscription charges.
As you chat with Forseo, answer setup questions, and upload media, we store your instructions, business facts, and preferences as memory entries and (for retrieval) as vector embeddings. This lets the AI recall your context and answer in a way that fits your business.
We collect basic technical information such as device type, browser, app interactions, crash and performance logs, and timestamps so we can keep the Service reliable and secure.
Our Lead Finder scans publicly available listings (for example, classified ads, marketplace posts, social media pages, and permit databases) and shows you potential job opportunities. We may store the source content and the lead details needed to let you act on a lead.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed to operate the Service or as required by law, with the following categories of service providers:
When you send an estimate or invoice, your client receives a secure portal link showing the document and your business name, logo, and contact details. You control when and to whom documents are sent.
We may disclose information to comply with subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Forseo, our users, or others.
Forseo integrates with Google Calendar to help contractors manage their schedules. When a contractor creates an appointment or job within Forseo, the app creates a corresponding event on the contractor's connected Google Calendar. This allows the contractor to receive native calendar notifications and reminders for their scheduled jobs.
Forseo does not read, access, or store existing events already present on a user's Google Calendar. Calendar data is used solely to create, update, or remove events that correspond to jobs and appointments managed within the Forseo app. This data is not used for advertising, analytics, AI model training, or any purpose unrelated to providing this scheduling functionality.
The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs (including Google Calendar) will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to allow recovery, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Media files and conversation history are kept until you delete them or close your account.
If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible to you for a limited grace period; after extended inactivity or account termination, we may permanently delete your data. You may also request earlier deletion (see Your Privacy Rights).
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (TLS), access controls, and row-level isolation so that one business cannot access another's data.
No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and notify affected users in the event of a significant breach as required by law.
Forseo and its service providers may store and process data in Canada and the United States, or other regions where infrastructure is provided. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in these locations.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@forseo.ai. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may verify your identity before acting.
If you are a crew member added to a Forseo workspace, your name, contact details, location stamps (when enabled), and time entries are controlled by the business owner who invited you. Direct data requests about that workspace should be made to that owner; you may also contact us.
The Service uses local storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and improve performance. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Forseo is a business tool and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Because Forseo stores your clients' and crew members' information on your behalf, you are responsible for having the lawful right to collect and share that information with us (for example, obtaining your crew members' consent for GPS clock-in tracking, and handling client information in line with applicable privacy laws).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, contact us at support@forseo.ai.
